• Other than knowing someone whose father lives here, what do I really know about this facility and its record of meeting quality and safety standards?
• Other than that my friend used this sitter in the past, what do I know about this independent caregiver?  She is supposed to drive Mother to appointments, but does she have a valid license? Does she have a criminal record?  Does she use drugs?  How can I find out?
